121st CSC Anniversary

The Mariano Marcos State University joins the country in its 121st anniversary celebration of Philippine Civil Service.

 

The University marches with the Civil Service Commission in producing future-ready 'kawani' and in shaping a better normal for the community through the delivery of excellent, efficient and people-oriented service.
