Singapore ambassador to PH visits MMSU

The university was privileged by the visit last May 2 of His Excellency VP Hirubalan, Singapore ambassador to the Philippines. He was received by members of the Administrative Council as well as faculty members who underwent trainings in his country. He was with his wife, Madame Manu Hirubalan.

President Miriam E. Pascua conveyed her highest appreciation to the ambassador for taking time to visit MMSU and for his interest in the activities of the university. She gave a short briefer about MMSU. A presentation about the experiences of faculty members who underwent training in Singapore was also shown.

In response, the ambassador thanked MMSU for the warm welcome. He said Singapore, as a country that has achieved progress in its own way, is always willing and open to share their best practices and experiences to other countries to learn from. He attributed Singapore’s success to good leadership, governance, and education. He said everyone is welcome to apply for opportunities especially along education.
